the writer never sees deal mechanics. the link they opened (?writer=aodhanking) silently routes the turn-in:

📝 1 · this form asks only what's per-song. Writer-level data (publisher/PRO/IPI) is captured once in the writer profile; prior-vs-new is derived from the write date — neither is asked here. Only a genuine per-song flag (e.g. "upperroom cut?") shows, and only for the deals that need it.

📄 2 · appends a row to Aodhan King Catalog (master tab) — the per-writer sheet mike sends to gelfand + the other pub admins.

🎚️ 3 · pushes the audio into disco + dropbox, named to match the song row.

🏷️ 4 · stamps the deal-type column CCMG-grade from the roster cheat-sheet — so jane never has to look it up.
